This is an on-going project aimed to create a product to decrease the high turn-over rates in the EMS industry. During our research, we found that clinical debriefing sessions are a good practice to relieve stress from missions but are not currently practiced correctly.
For our next steps, we want to contact and interview people in the industry about the effectiveness of current debriefing practices and test for our future solution!
